Cornell Astronomy Values Statement

A values statement I helped draft and design for the Cornell Astronomy Community. Working as a committee of grads, administrative staff, research staff, post-docs, faculty, and undergrads we developed this document over the course of a year. Through surveys, a town hall, and lots of meetings we made sure the whole community had the opportunity to engage with our writing process. The statement and poster can now be found hung up around our building and is regularly reexamined by our Climate and Diversity Committee.
